requests/faqs.
- If you’re going to make a request, please make sure that it’s within my realm of possibilities. I’m not in Japan, so I can’t record anything on a channel and I refuse to purchase some crazy satellite TV bullshit, BUT there is a free website that you can make requests to watch popular channels in Japan: Freshverse
When making a request please make sure that it is from a live streaming website such as: NicoNico or Ustream. Other websites are Ok too, just so long as it is stream.
♦ When making a request, be very specific. The title of the show, the link, the time, and date please!
♦ Make sure that there is a sufficient amount of time to make a request. 24 hour notice tops.
QUESTIONS
Q: What program do you use for recording?
A: I'm not a fan of telling people what I use, because in the past I've had videos stolen or people racing to record before me, or even people stealing my dailymotion profile. I paid for my program, it's called Bandicam. I became familiar with this program while I was playing WoW lol
Q: Where do you find your cheki?
A: Various places. There are many Japanese auction websites. Yahoo!Japan is a hot spot for cheki. Closet-child now offers cheki.
Q: How do I buy these items?
A: Because many auctions sites will not ship to foreign countries, you must find a company who will do the bidding for you. I use Celga, but it's very, very stupidly expensive. The up side is that they're reliable and that they also do web orders.
